Our pediatric Department provides eye care for a wide variety of problems and visual disorders in children. The practice is headed by Thomas R. Elmer, Jr MD, a board certified surgeon and ophthalmologist, and Dr. Adrienne M. Manzo, OD, a pediatric optometrist, both of whom have specialized training in treating children. They provide special attention to the diverse ophthalmic needs of children, from infancy through adolescence...a critical time when clear vision plays an important role in mental, physical and social development.
