We are located on the corner of Niagara Falls Blvd and Creekside Drive. The entrance to our office is on CREEKSIDE DRIVE not Niagara Falls Blvd. We have plenty of free parking and a large lot. To find the entrance easily please park closest to Creekside drive and look for our entrance there.

About Us

Established in 2000, our Amherst office is our laser center. We not only see a wide range of patients for general eyecare and glasses, we also do all of our refractive surgery procedures here at this location.

We are excited to announce our brand new state of the art facility is now open. Our former Niagara Falls office located at 2400 Pine Ave closed its doors July 24th 2015 after over 30 years of faithful service, we have outgrown that office and needed a larger space. We have relocated just 2 miles away. The new facility is on Porter Road in the Town of Niagara. Our new building features more exam rooms and beautiful Optical shop where we will sell glasses and frames for everyone from those on a budget to those looking for designer lines or anything in between.

The Ambulatory Surgery Center of Niagara is an outpatient surgery center which opened its doors in Aug of 2016. This brand new center is directly attached to Fichte, Endl & Elmer Eyecare and serves as a convenient place for our patients to have their procedures.

The ASC of Niagara offers two operating suites and the newest state of the art equipment and technology available today. Laser cataract surgery is performed daily onsite as well as corneal transplants, strabismus, eyelid lifts and retinal procedures.

No longer do you need to travel to Erie County for your outpatient procedure or check into a hospital for the day. We are proud to offer a convenient and advanced surgery site where our patients can have their procedures one day and then go right next door for follow up exams and post-operative glasses in the following days.
