Used when a patient has too thin of a cornea to make a LASIK flap or they are higher than a -11.00 which puts them out of the range for LASIK. We can use this in patients ranging from -7.00 to -20.00 Note: This procedure is done in an operating room under anesthesia. One eye is done at a time usually 1-2 weeks apart. The out-of-pocket cost for this is about $6,800 for a bi-lateral procedure.

Could be offered when patients fall out of the above guidelines. Usually used for hyperopes and high myopes. This procedure is done in an operating room under anesthesia. One eye is done at a time usually 1-2 weeks apart.
